Established in 2011, Camino Partners Ltd. comprises three brands: Camino Partners is the only recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing all non-sales roles into the recruitment sector. Following the success of the Camino Partners brand, the business launched two new brands during 2021: Camino Search places all financial & strategic roles into high-growth tech & tech-enabled businesses, with a niche focus of those looking to get or have recently secured PE/VC funding and Cavana Search specialises in placing recruiters and sales professionals into US-based recruitment businesses on a retained basis.

Camino Partner’s have been able to focus on creating a genuinely great place to work by hiring individuals; we don’t do huge intakes, we focus on developing each individual, providing tailored training and development plans to suit their needs. Candidates will have excellent communication skills, resilience in the face of failure, will be enthusiastic, proactive, be a positive thinker, and will be able to talk about experiences to date where they have had to use these skills.
