Our people define our workplace, so much so that we have our own employee-led forum that discusses positive changes we can make in our workplace, from sustainable or practical goals to improve our office, to local organisations we can support. You don't always have to have previous experience in construction intelligence in order to work with us. We believe that with the right kind of mindset, we will be able to grow together and make the world a better place.

Our way of communicating is on an eye-to-eye level at all Levels and we believe in a non-hierarchical management style based on trust.
