Application tips
We love to see applications where personality shines through. After all, it's not just about being able to do the job, but also how you go about doing it. A cover letter helps you to stand out, but this is optional.
We're looking for great people to join our passionate team, who are dedicated to giving students the power to make every experience more valuable and rewarding.
We have developed a lot as a business in the last 10 years and our workforce is a reflection of this! We work hard to create a diverse and inclusive environment of talented employees that can help us in the next stage of our journey. If you are interested in joining our team, things we’re always on the lookout for include:
- experience of scaling up global businesses
- helping a business undergo an event (IPO or Aquisition)
- Most importantly, someone who can bring strong leadership skills that will help build upon our fantastic culture!
Our great workplace
As part of UNiDAYS Diversity and Inclusion strategy, we use blind hiring technology (Mevitae) in our first stage of recruitment, to reduce unconscious bias. Factors including name, photographs, university names, age and gender are not visible to our hiring team when they are in the CV reviewing stage.
For most roles, we use a standard interview process to assess suitability for the role:
Step 1: Pre-screening call with our Talent Team.
Usually 30 minutes to discuss the role, your CV, motivations and expectations
Step 2: Meet with the hiring managers. A 45 - 60 mins interview with the hiring managers to get to know you, and discuss your CV, skills and experience
Step 3: Home Assignment (only on certain roles). Sometimes we give you a task to do to assess your skills and process of completing work. This varies and the Talent Team will provide you with all the information you need
Step 4: Final interview with the team
Usually between 60 - 90 minutes to meet with team members and stakeholders.
