Action highlights

We always strive to attract, develop and retain the best people for PlotBox. We do this by treating everyone with respect, recognising that they have a lot to bring to the table, and making sure we listen and really understand what makes our employees tick.

We create a safe and supportive culture whereby people are given autonomy and encouragement to do what's best for the team, the business and our customers.

We lead with empathy, demonstrating that we care about our people as people (not just employees), their families and their health and wellbeing. We embrace flexibility as we know people have many demands on their time and energy - work is just one of those things!

We like to do thoughtful things for our staff such as awarding 4 extra days annual leave in recognition of how difficult the Covid-19 pandemic has been on staff and their families. We gave all staff personalised Christmas gifts and a voucher and we recently announced an impromptu 2-hour lunch - just because!

Our great workplace

Interviews will be arranged at the earliest opportunity and may be in person, via phone call, or video call.

Phone/video interviews are just as important as face to face interviews, so find somewhere quiet for the duration. Turn off chat, messenger or email and close down any unnecessary windows so there are no distractions. We know that interviews can be nerve-wracking. Try to relax, take a breath and pause before answering each question to consider your response. The hiring team want the meeting be successful; we want to explore your skills and strengths rather than being on a mission to pinpoint your flaws. Smile!

During the interview we use a combination of technical questions and competency based (behavioural) questions. For technical questions, make sure you’ve read the job ad, particularly the key skills and knowledge required – as it’s likely these will be the focus of the intervi In addition, familiarise yourself with the responsibilities and think of some pertinent examples.
