Before I started HML I was studying a hairdressing apprenticeship for two years and was able to pass an NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing qualification. I enjoyed hairdressing but felt like I needed something different and challenging, something completely new to learn.

Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer | HML were awarded a place in the Top 100 Employers List for our apprenticeship programmes. We were extremely proud that this cornerstone of our development journey for staff was independently recognised. 

National Suicide Alliance Partner | HML joined this alliance in Jan 2020. The National Suicide Prevention Alliance (NSPA) is an alliance of public, private and voluntary organisations in England who care about suicide prevention and are willing to take individual and collective action to reduce suicide and support those bereaved or affected by suicide.
