What defines us

Here at Brown-Forman we celebrate our people. We have multiple resources in place to ensure that we can all bring our best and authentic selves to work.

One such resource is ‘The User Manual of Me’ . This allows teams to share their preferred working environment, pet peeves and communication methods.

Working in the drinks industry, celebration and Brown-Forman go hand in hand! We have a beautiful, fully functioning bar in the office overlooking the city. We regularly have tasting sessions and love to celebrate milestones and seasonal events.

Action highlights


In May 2021 we were pleased to announce the launch of the tenth Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Brown-Forman, SEED, which stands for Supporting and Elevating Ethnic Diversity. To add further weight to our commitment to D&I, each employee now has a D&I goal inputted into their yearly KPI’s to ensure an accountable focus to improve our learning and commitment to D&I.

In November 2021 our UK organisation celebrated Diwali. On this day we celebrated with food, music, colorful dress and even had a henna artist!

Understanding and celebrating our differences is important to us. We are many spirits, we are one Brown-Forman!
