Serve and Protect CU is a free employee benefit available to the Police, Prison, Military, Fire and Health services, as well as their family members. We are passionate about improving the financial resilience of those who serve and protect, helping them to save regularly but also being there for them if they need to borrow throughout their career.

With over 34,000 members, we recognise the important role our members play within society and the day-to-day challenges faced protecting our nation.

In order to play our part, we help our members prepare for their financial future – so they are ready to respond to any financial challenges they may face throughout their career.

Our team has a passion for helping the people we serve. Nothing makes our Lending and Member Services Teams feel better than knowing they have met the financial need of a member and provided that person with an excellent service or when our people Managers encourage their team to collaborate and work together to achieve an end goal or target.
