We're Evolved Search. Nice to meet you! 

We were founded in 2014 with the mission and drive to create an agency that delivers great work and achieves big things for our team and our clients.

Combining Technical SEO and Content Marketing with our Digital PR and Paid Marketing offering we deliver client campaigns that achieve impressive performance revenue figures, generate high levels of traffic and engagement, and elevate and enrich our clients’ brand awareness online.

We’re one of those lucky companies, with a team of people that genuinely get along as individuals. As our name would suggest, development is important to us, so we actively promote a culture of trust and progression; allowing our people to thrive in their own unique ways, whilst adding flexibility to empower them. We also offer a great place to work, with a hybrid approach to our environment and a host of employee perks that make the 9-5 or 10-6 if you prefer, that little bit easier.

As seasoned industry professionals who’ve done their fair share of roles in digital agencies, our Senior Leadership team wanted to create the agency they’d have loved to work at as an employee. There are no silly questions because in our fast paced industry, questioning things will always support development. We live by intelligent failure and learning from our attempts at projects is what helps us to grow.

With each hire we make, we take our time to ensure we are doing the best for both the candidate and the agency. Our hiring process may be longer than you have experienced before, or maybe even a little tougher, but it's for good reason, with a clear People strategy behind every decision.

Asking questions early on in the interview process will support you to understand if the role you are interviewing for is the right role for you, and more importantly if Evolved Search is for you.

We are transparent with you during the hiring process and it's no secret that our roles are hard work, but let's be honest: where's the reward without the challenge?










Our great workplace

Our founders and senior leadership team have all spent many years in other agencies and industries, so we've seen it all: the great, the good, the bad and the downright awful.

When building Evolved Search, our Directors decided they wanted to run an agency that placed equal importance on the quality of work delivered with the quality of life enjoyed by every team member. It might sound clichéd or a little too good to be true, perhaps, but that’s just how we operate, and we're still here doing things the Evolved way all these years later.

We place a lot of resource into up-skilling our team, letting them enjoy new experiences like company trips abroad, conferences, and awards, as well as day-to-day perks that make the daily grind a little sweeter.

All we ask in return is that our team put in as much in as they get out, they are aligned to our company values and that they treat each team member with respect, trust, and high levels of honesty at all times.
