What inspires us

Each year, Prima produces an annual marketing plan. It is in this document that we agree and set out our company targets for the forthcoming year with our team incentivised on reaching these milestones. Previous rewards have included trips to Ibiza, Majorca and most recently in 2020, 3 days in Dubai. These excursions have proven excellent team building exercises as well as helping our business achieve our company goals.

At Prima we are always on the look out for ambitious, talented people to join our team. Whether you're a skilful coder, technical support advisor or an apprentice looking to progress your career, please get in touch to discuss current and future opportunities.

Our main philosophy is that we promote from within the organisation. As we grow as a company and new opportunities arise, our rising stars are selected to fill these roles. Generally, our talented individuals begin their careers with Prima working on our customer service desk. It is here where a rich product knowledge, invaluable customer relationships and an understanding of the wider industry is soon acquired.

Our great workplace

We appreciate that the working environment is a crucial factor in the overall happiness of our team. Sit/stand desks, a relaxed dress code, a team social area with kitchenette, lunch table, sofa and an Xbox are some of the basic amenities that Prima offer our people. Further to this, Prima provides pizzas/lunch for everybody twice per month on a Friday afternoon. There is a drinks fridge with complimentary soft drinks and alcoholic beverages on a Friday afternoon. Throughout the year, Prima provides various trips and nights out for all employees. 

As an employer, one of the key things that makes Prima stand out is employee development. Over the past 5 years we have taken on 3 apprentices who have each completed their course and moved into full time permanent roles. Some of which being key in our software development team and others into junior managerial roles.
