We want you to do the best you can in your interviews, so here are a few tips and tricks to make a great remote interview process for you and us.

  1. Test your tech beforehand – make sure that your devices are fully charged and working properly.
  2. Position and present yourself – make sure that you're in a comfortable and quiet place.
  3. Paper is your friend – have a pen and paper handy, this makes it easy to jot down any notes.
  4. It's still an interview – prepare beforehand by researching Smart and the role, be ready to answer key questions around your experience, motivations and skills.
  5. It’s a two-way street – you're a person, not just a candidate, be as genuine as you can we'll do the same.
