Our Consultancy team also offers production know-how, with a range of physical and digital solutions to help our customers navigate safely into the future of industry 4.0.

What defines us

One day is never like another at Seco. Our employees which make up our Seco family are unique and because of this, our culture and way of working is always diverse, inclusive and constantly being re-shaped by these amazing individuals. Activities which demonstrate what stands Seco apart, really came to the forefront during the national pandemic. Activities which have become a part of the company culture include bi-weekly company communications with relaxed virtual coffee mornings hosted in the alternate weeks. We have a focus on employee well-being above for example a 'Time to Talk Day' was offered. Employees were encouraged to take time out of their working day, to ask colleagues how they really were and to really listen, 'it is ok not to be ok" was our message. We are very comfortable being honest with each other, we talk at every meeting about feeling psychologically safe. We really take care of our employees and look out for each other.

What inspires us

We trust and empower our employees to make Seco a fun and inspiring place to work. We hosted a virtual Christmas party in 2020, where a pack was sent home to use in various challenges and quizzes. Traditionally there is also the annual family day, where employees attend with their families and food, drinks and entertainment are provided. Employees are also given vouchers for their family to attend a day out at a local attraction. In addition our MD will be hosting a cook along curry evening soon. Recognition and rewards are important at Seco, we take pride in each others success and celebrate together. There are annual employee recognition awards, which are voted for by our people. We offer a benefit's hub which provides retail discounts. We celebrate big life events together like retirement and new babies in the family with gifts and parties. Charity is also at the forefront of Seco's activities and events including bake offs, collections for animal sanctuaries and sport relief.
