What defines us

We are curious and always listening, driven to find solutions that meet our goals and deliver for our brands and customers. We have a positive environment for our employees, where people can flourish and reach their potential, supported to take ownership of their own development.

Together, we are brave, making bold decisions as a team to support our mission to be custodians of the fastest-growing and most-admired spirits portfolio.

We pride ourselves on being real, leading from the front in a thriving industry and always striving to give more.

Our business flourishes with a non-hierarchical structure, with no requirement for an ‘open door’ policy because we have no doors! Everyone sits in an open plan environment with many ‘hot desking’, including our MD.

Being a responsible business is important to our culture and we encourage everyone to get behind a cause, through fundraising or volunteering. To support this, all monies raised by staff is double-matched and we allow one full day’s paid volunteering per year.

We support an annual staff-nominated charity and we have an ambitious goal of raising £500,000 between 2019/20 and 2021/22.
