About us

We are an established, well-funded and capitalised UK retail bank. We look after savings and we lend money to individuals and to businesses. Our savings business is award winning and our lending operations currently focus on two areas:

  1. Business Finance, through our Commercial Finance and Real Estate Finance Divisions
  2. Consumer Finance, through our Motor Finance and Retail Finance Divisions.

We're proud of our West Midlands roots and today we operate from a number of locations in the UK. In October 2016 we successfully listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
