About us

The Sovini Group is a property, construction and facilities management company.

The members within the Group work together to support thriving, inclusive communities, charitable causes and to increase the supply and quality of affordable housing and related services.

Formed in 2011 The Sovini Group comprises both not-for-profit organisations and commercial companies. We are distinct from conventional housing groups in that our commercial businesses are free to generate profits and trade externally. 

Those profits can then be invested in our not-for-profit members to increase the supply of social housing and improve the communities in which we work.

What inspires us

Employees across The Sovini Group enjoy a host of great benefits throughout the year.

“When I joined One Vision Housing I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a staff incentive scheme in place. I have never worked in anywhere were this type of scheme has been in place. The fact that all employees receive the bonus if they achieve certain targets means that in April employees are all fired up for the following year!”

Throughout 2020-21 colleagues from across the Group were challenged with the effects of COVID-19, both professionally and personally.

The Group launched a ‘Brownie and a Brew’ initiative. This concept was to bring colleagues together virtually over a brownie… and a brew, delivered to their doorstep! The delicious and branded brownie, plus all the resources to make a brew, brought together employees virtually during unprecedented circumstances.

This was just one of many initiatives the Group kick-started to combat social isolation during periods of lockdown.
