  • Application - Following a successful application, our talent team will be in touch to talk to you about the next steps.
  • Introductory interview - A member of our talent team will then book in an introductory interview (30-45 mins) with one of our hiring managers.
  • Technical interview - The next step will be a technical interview (2 hours) where we can learn more about your knowledge and experience.
  • Cultural & values interview - Amido is made up of diverse and brilliant people. Our cultural interview (1 hour) gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and for you to meet more of the team. 
  • Offer - We will review your application and if your interviews have been successful, we will be back in touch within 48 hours with an offer.
