As the devastating impact of Covid-19 changes everything about life and work as we know it, every brand, business and organisation is required to digitally pivot around ‘the new normal’. As schools moved online, we gave in-home licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud to students and provided free distance learning resources to educators. We  provided software, consulting services, and enhanced progammes like our trial of Adobe Sign to businesses, nonprofits and government agencies to help keep their operations running and to power essential services. These commitments form part of Adobe’s ongoing dedication to our customers, community and our people.

We believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work, and supported 60,000 non-profit organisations and invested $50 million into our communities in 2019 alone. To build a sustainable future, we quadrupled our renewable energy deployment in 2019, and are on track to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2035.

Our industry can feel like a 24x7 commitment, and time away from work can feel like an increasingly precious commodity. We value our peoples’ time both in and outside the office, and continue to offer better time-off benefits so employees can better integrate their work and personal lives.

Our generous parental leave programme offers up to 26 weeks of paid primary caregiver leave at 100% of salary, and up to four weeks of paid non-primary caregiver leave.

We also understand that returning to work isn’t always easy. Our “Welcome Back” programme helps employees make the transition back after extended leave with part-time, flex-time, and work-from-home arrangements.

For employees who want to develop their skillsets and keep up with the changing nature of work, we offer an education assistance programme and learning fund of 1000USD/year. Access to LinkedIn Learning and the Harvard ManageMentor platform also put on-demand business and technical training at our employees’ fingertips. Together, these initiatives make fresh thinking the norm at Adobe.

Finally, we know that wellness and performance go hand-in-hand. Employees are reimbursed for their favourite wellness activities, and can attend weekly yoga or boot camps directly on site. We also provide free access to the Headspace app, and encourage our people to meditate whether they need to focus, boost their creativity, or just get more sleep at night.
