'It’s the people I work with that make Admiral a great place to work. You spend a lot of time in work so the reality is, you end up spending more time in work than in your own house. If you haven’t got lovely people around you in work then you’re spending 60-70% of your life in an unhappy situation. What defines us

Our philosophy at Admiral is people who like what they do, do it better, so we go out of our way to ensure coming to work here is enjoyable. This is not found in a programme or policy, but instead written on many of our office walls round the world, talked about in meetings and regularly spoken about to encourage and inspire each other. It's not just a phrase we like to use (although we do); the belief of these words is engrained in every aspect of our culture. 

Our CEO David Stevens talks to all new starters about our culture and presents them with a piece of a jigsaw puzzle. This is to remind people that to complete the picture you need all the parts and each part is as important as the next. You don’t need any specific qualifications to join the contact centre teams at Admiral. If you are self-motivated, polite, friendly, responsible and hard-working then you already have the core skills and attributes that we value. We provide training for all other skills you’ll need to be successful in your role. 

It’s just as important that you like us as much as we like you, so as part of the recruitment process you’ll get the opportunity to come in the office, where we’ll tell you a bit more about the company, you can sit in with the department you are applying to join and get the opportunity to ask any questions you have.
