2. Complete the Culture Audit©

Provide details about your company’s programs and practices on our Culture Audit©

 

 

  

3. Get Certified

Organisations with 10 or more employees will be Great Place to Work-certified™
when their overall Trust Index© results are 65 % or higher.

4. Earn Best Workplaces™ Recognition

Certified organisations with 20 or more employees who meet the specific threshold for their size category, will get recognised as a Best Workplace™
