Embark Learning Care Academy / Fairway

We train over 1200 individuals each year with core knowledge and theory as well as practical skills that enable vocationally driven learners the opportunity to enter the health and social care sector with confidence. We then engage with over 250 care providers, delivering over 250,000 hours of care activity in partnership as we introduce, embed, support and continually develop them all on their individual journey. Offering a number of career pathways and formal qualifications, we have a 99% completion rate, almost 80% job outcomes and 78% sustained job outcomes adding over a million hours capacity to the sector annually.
