We are a small company where everyone is treated like a family member , we are a small family where everyone supports each other. Management joins the floor team and gets engaged in the jobs same as any other staff eg regional manager will cover rooms , kitchen , anywhere is needed. we are all hands on and we would not expect anyone to do a job that we would not do . The respect is mutual from top to bottom We wanted a company where everyone enjoys coming to work and is not scared or stressed when management / head office is around .
