As a small charity with 12 employees, we recognise that our staff and carers are our most valuable asset and we strive to create a culture where individuals can grow and develop to fulfil their full potential. We are a growth mindset organisation and we seek to encourage continuous improvement across our community (staff, carers, young people and volunteers) through safe and fair recruitment, learning and development opportunities (with over 30 sessions offered each year) and feedback practices with quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
