    Police Now is an independent social enterprise, supported by the Home Office. Over the past 10 years we've partnered with 37 police forces and recruited, trained and developed over 3,000 Police Now neighbourhood police officers and detectives. Our mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase the public’s confidence in the police service by recruiting, developing and inspiring outstanding and diverse individuals to be leaders in society and on the policing frontline. We exist to bring innovation and difference to policing and are committed to leadership and cultural change.
