Company Overview
Highgate IT Solutions is a UK managed service provider (MSP) and value-added reseller (VAR), founded in 2010 and fully remote from day one. We deliver IT hardware and software alongside managed services to organisations across the public, private, and third sectors. Today that means supporting more than 2,500 UK businesses, with revenue of £31m in 2025, up from £10m in 2021.
People come first here, and have done since the start. In April 2022 we introduced a four-day working week, one of the first companies in the IT channel to do so, because we wanted to give people back time to spend how they wish. Revenue grew 20% during the trial, and the four-day week is now permanent. Everyone works a seven-hour day and takes their birthday off as extra leave. We're an accredited Living Wage Employer with a 50/50 gender balance, in an industry where women make up around 24% of the workforce nationally.
