The Fund for Global Human Rights

The Fund for Global Human Rights attracts mission-driven staff dedicated to empowering grassroots human rights activists. Together, we mobilize resources and provide grants and other assistance to social justice groups across the globe, where many of our staff are located. We work with humility, conscientiousness, and flexibility, and we strive to create a healthy workplace, governed by values of Respect, Agility, Integrity, Sustainability, and Inclusivity. In recent years, we have applied these values to create compensation structures, HR and other policies to achieve greater equity and consistency. We are a learning organization, always seeking to improve.
