We also own a Housing Association, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, providing Affordable Rented Homes and Shared Ownership properties - all tenures of affordable housing across the UK.
HSPG also invest in a diversified portfolio of impact businesses as well, including a gaming compliance company, bridging lending facility, events management and a fashion brand.
