Blue Box IT is a leading provider of ICT support, infrastructure services, hardware, software and audio visual solutions to schools and colleges across the UK. We provide a mixture of onsite technician support, and remote helpdesk support to schools primarily based in Yorkshire. Awaken IT is part of the Blue Box Family who does the same service but for SME's across the UK. We manage all parts of the service including offering free technical audits to provide a baseline infrastructure assessment, and a full Cyber Security assessment.
