    Our quarterly team "Uppdates" get us out of the office to share our results for the quarter and our plans for the next.
    Alex Bandaranaike - who joined us as an Account Executive and is now our Client Services Director 7 years on.
    "Grub's Upp" is our monthly lunch where a member of the team gets to demonstrate their culinary skills for all to share.
    We ensure there's a great work-life balance in the agency, with time for getting to know each other and to keep it fun.
    Yes we too have an office dog - Archie - always ready for a cuddle and lunchtime walk around our fab Media City home.
    We encourage knowledge sharing and place a huge emphasis on this being a core part of our team culture day-to-day.
