Company Overview
We are Alternative Futures Group. For over 30 years we’ve been proudly providing support for people with a learning disability or mental health condition in the North West, touching the hearts of almost every community within the region. Our mission is to deliver amazing support that fosters independence and value, every single day. From our hospital settings through to supported living and outreach, we co-design individual pathways to empower people to achieve their ambitions. We support almost 900 people and employ over 2,000 people, with around 1,800 of those dedicated to providing person-centred support.
