Infinitesima is an Oxfordshire based supplier of in-line and lab-based probe metrology tools for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. With the transition to 3D device designs and inflections such as hybrid bonding, the Semiconductor Industry needs new metrology tools to meet manufacturing demands.
