We are a national charity supporting individuals and families who can't afford pre-paid energy, preventing them from living without heating, lighting, or a way to cook food. Operating across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, we are the only UK charity focused solely on this issue. Despite being a small organisation, we have supported over a million people since our inception. Our work provides immediate crisis relief and offers practical advice to help individuals manage their energy needs in the future.
