MDS a member-owned organisation serving the food and fresh produce industry, dedicated to developing future leaders through a two-year traineeship. Trainees complete four diverse secondments with our member companies, gaining hands-on experience across the industry. Throughout the programme, they receive personalised coaching, accredited leadership training, and continuous support from the MDS team. This structured development, combined with exposure to real industry challenges, empowers trainees to develop rapidly. By connecting talent with forward-thinking businesses, MDS strengthens the sector and builds a culture where people learn, collaborate, and thrive everywhere.
