    Active Prospects is a charitable social care provider based in Surrey, with over 30 years experience of providing care and support for people with learning disabilities, physical or mental health needs, and autistic people. Each year we support c.250 people, ranging in age from 17 to 95. We provide care through 6 residential homes, 29 supported living services, plus people's own homes. We also offer skills and employment support to young people aged 17-25, including through work placements at our charity boutique, Re.Work.It. In 2021 we were awarded Best Employer at the south-east Great British Care Awards.
