Day One is a healthcare insight and strategy agency built around one idea: technology and human intelligence, combined from the outset. Founders Hannah Mann and Abigail Stuart spent most of their careers leading a large insights agency, frustrated that research was too slow and disconnected from commercial decisions. In 2019, they built the agency they wished existed – one designed around technology and human expertise from day one. That restless curiosity still drives everything we do. We now work with eight of the top 10 global pharma companies, backed by a global team of experts.
