Everyone at NOVOS has a powerful voice on the future of the business & also reap the financial benefits of its growth. We're a People-First agency at our core with big company decisions supported and implemented by the people that know the agency best. With our flexible approach to working, strong training budgets and employee-minded culture, we've grown to a team of 35 people since our inception in 2019.
