To us, bringing great people and great companies together is personal. Because it’s the same journey we’ve been on ourselves. ISL Talent was founded 15 years ago by two recruiters moving away from stereotypical recruitment.
Now a team of 18, we focus on building long-lasting relationships with our clients that go far beyond transactional recruitment. We practice what we preach, truly believing great people build great businesses. And our people are what make us special.
