How do we become a Best Workplace for Wellbeing?
Organisations looking to be recognised on the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, first start by getting Certified™ as a 'great place to work'. Through the Certification process, we capture valuable employee feedback using our research-driven Trust Index™ survey and details about the programmes and practises that make your workplace unique. Best Workplaces™ are then determined from the pool of Certified™ organisations via a rigorous assessment process that is based on the outcome of both your Trust Index™ survey and other factors.
How are the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing selected?
We use our For All™ Methodology to evaluate our pool of Great Place To Work-Certified companies against the Wellbeing Index; which include 8 statements from the core Trust Index™ survey that our research has been found to be essential for employee wellbeing. Top performing companies are recognised as Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™.
Who’s eligible for the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List?
To be eligible for our Best Workplaces™ Programme, you will need a minimum of 10 employees, be Great Place to Work-Certified, achieved at least 65% in the Wellbeing Index and pass the rigorous assessment of your organisation's workplace culture by our culture experts.
What is the Wellbeing Index?
The Wellbeing Index is comprised of a specific set of 8 core statements from the Trust Index™ focusing on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, and job satisfaction.
The responses to the wellbeing index are analysed to form a total Index score which must exceed a threshold of 65% in order to be considered for recognition. The results of the wellbeing Index are then passed through our rigorous assessment, paying particular attention to how these employee experiences vary depending on job role, gender, age, and other characteristics to ensure that companies are creating a great workplace For All™.
What is the Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List application deadline?
You must complete your Great Place To Work Certification by the Get Certified date for the list on our List Deadlines page.
What happens if we don't make the list?
Ranking on our Best Workplaces™ lists is no mean feat! We never disclose the names or results of any company which does not receive this recognition, but rather offer to support these organisations to improve their employee experience and achieve better results in the future.
Our mission is to create a better world by helping organisations become great workplaces for all. Certification™, which organisations of 10+ employees will receive as long as they hit the 65% Trust Index™ employee survey threshold and submit their Culture Brief™ questionnaire, allows you to signal to the world that you are on the journey to building a better workplace culture.
And our services go beyond recognition, too! We provide bespoke consultancy which enables individual organisations to make continuous improvements based on key data and insights that target their unique set of needs at any given time. All our clients are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Project Manager to help with every step of the process in moving from good to great, including post-survey support.
