Xactly has always been a company that prides itself on its culture—a central component of this vibrant culture being its four core C.A.R.E values (customer focus, accountability, respect, and excellence.) Remaining a remote and global team has presented us with new opportunities to creatively put these values into action in various ways both within our organization for our employees and externally for our customers.
Historically, C.A.R.E Week is an annual, international, and company-wide initiative that fosters all of Xactly Corporation’s Core Values (customer focus, accountability, respect, and excellence), enhances company culture, and aims to give back to the communities surrounding our organization through fundraising and volunteer work. While our mission has remained unchanged, both 2020 and 2021 have presented us with new opportunities and challenges in bringing this vision to life. The week culminated in a Global Day of Giving on Friday, September 20th, when employees participated in virtual or in-person volunteer projects where it was safe to do so.
