Interviews are a great way to meet new people, as much as it is about you seeing whether we’re the right fit for you.
Our selection processes are designed to help you promote yourself, never to trip you up. We want you to do well, so we’ve made sure our interview process is straight forward and enjoyable. This is your chance to get a feel for us, a chance to shine - so don’t be afraid to share all the amazing things you’ve achieved. With most roles you’ll meet us once, but there may be times when we’d love to meet you again.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and be flexible on interview times, where possible. We know you’ll put in a lot of time and effort finding out about all the great things we do here at Zen, so in return we’ll always provide you with feedback.
A top tip from our HR team is… be ready to ask us questions, this will make you stand out. We know salary/holiday is important, but we think getting to know your new manager, team etc is very important too.
