What employees say

"After my degree, I knew I wanted a career that used my science background. Following a number of academic research positions, I moved to a pharmaceutical company because if fulfilled my love for science whilst helping to discover drugs to improve patients’ lives.

At Ipsen, I work in R&D in the neurosciences group, developing cell assays to test new medicines. I find the work challenging, interesting and rewarding and I work with a team of talented scientists."

Action highlights

At Ipsen we know what makes us an employer of choice, we focus on our people staying with us and developing their skills. In July 2019, we created iLearn a defined development tool, which includes a Leadership Pathway. We actively share knowledge with access to scientific seminars, another great opportunity to share and learn each day.

We aim to make a difference in the lives of our colleagues and commit to showing acts of kindness in our words and actions, or simply by sending a High Five with a thanks! Taking care of our well-being is vital and we knew this during the pandemic, so we began virtual Yoga and Pilates classes, as well as several wellness workshops. Additionally, to help us stay in control of finances we used MyEva, a personal digital financial advisor, including using iBenefits to access discounts and cashback.

It’s important to us to be a flexible working environment to support our work life balance, whether at home or in the office.
