COVID may have changed the way we're working, with operational teams socially distanced and our office staff home-working, but in additional to the usual Zoom get-togethers, we've also found creative ways to have some fun! Euro Party saw many of our talented colleagues from across Europe live stream DJ sets on a Friday afternoon!
We celebrate and reward our employees in many ways. From 'Appreciation Week' to 'I Love IT' day and 'Customer Service Week,' thanking our teams for the great work they do is a part of our culture. DHL employee events are legendary! We also love cycling, netball and many other sporting events.
While socialising has been difficult during Covid, in the summer every team got together outdoors for Team Day Out while the weather allowed!

• Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness - RAM Yoga is a company run by a DHL employee and offer free yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes at the Southern Hub Head office and online classes for employees working from home.
