We are Allies for Inclusion. Becoming an Ally for Inclusion (going All In) is a way that all members can actively support DLL’s Diversity & Inclusion efforts by visibly indicating we are working to make DLL a place where people from all backgrounds and beliefs are welcomed and heard.

Our True Energy initiative is part of our DLL DNA, it’s embedded in our culture. There are four strands focusing on being active, networking, social events and we encourage volunteering.

What inspires us

Global Community Involvement Program activities take place to support our communities in every DLL country. Our Global Volunteer Campaign aims to promote economic equality, educational access, social inclusion and bringing about fair, just relations and economic justice for all. 

Locally, in 2020 DLL worked with the mental health charity MIND and the Peace Hospice, Watford. In the last year, our UK volunteer team have made financial donations to The Peace Hospice in Watford, fundraised for MIND,  and delivered 126 chocolate Easter eggs to Watford Food Bank. We have collected duvets, sleeping bags, and warm clothing for the New Hope Trust in Watford.
