At Achievers we are experts in helping our customers to recognise all of the fantastic things that their employees do for them.

Our HR software solutions are underpinned by our research arm, the Achievers Workforce Institute, which uses behavioural science to understand how to motivate employees in the workplace effectively.

Our Culture of L.O.V.E. (living our values everyday) is something we believe differentiates us from other companies. Although culture is organic, all of us are asked to safeguard culture and help maintain it. Our values are who we are and how we accomplish our goals, they are the compass that guides us to greatness. Above all we believe in treating our colleagues fairly and with respect. And by emphasising these values in the way that we work together we have built a team that feels trusted and enjoys their work. Our UK business has been expanding rapidly but we have remained focused on the need to recruit people that will make a positive contribution to our culture and help us to maintain the ‘family-like’ team spirit that we enjoy. Despite the restrictions of the last year we have continued to come together regularly to socialise and celebrate each other’s achievements.

What inspires us

Achievers hosts company-wide quarterly Recognition & Rewards (R&R) meetings that highlight and recognize our A-players who L. O.V.E (Living Our Values Everyday). Prior to every R&R meeting, employees are able to nominate their colleagues to win an award for going above and beyond. These nominations are submitted to the SLT and they will select the recipients for the Department Spotlight Award and CEO Spotlight Award. We have a rotating schedule for each department to host the quarterly R&R meeting. The assigned department is given creative freedom to create a fun theme for the meeting – prior R&R meeting themes include carpool karaoke and COVID-19 lockdown hobbies. Our R&R meetings give employees time to step away from their day-to-day tasks to come together as an entire organization to recognize the work of fellow A-players.
