What inspires us
Our most successful benefit is, what we call, Flexi-Friyay. As a reaction to homeworking, we realised that it was even more important to encourage a healthy work/life balance. So we introduced the opportunity for the team to take Friday afternoons off after having undertaken 45 minutes of overtime throughout the week. We also offer many other unique perks such as our Wellness Allowance (we financially contribute to a wellness programme of your choice), we offer flexi-time as default, and remote-first is default too, so you can work from anywhere!
As our SHARP values came about, so did the SHARP Awards. We support and encourage internal recognition by offering the award as part of our feedback culture. They are given to someone, or a whole team, when they have exhibited one of our values. This cascades into a Slack channel so that everyone can see!
