What defines us

We aren’t just an office, we’re a Wolf Pack! 

In the early days of establishing our Manchester office in 2016, our team spent time discussing which cultural elements are most valued and which we’d like to form the bedrock of our business. The primary cultural element agreed upon was ‘caring’ and the second was ‘high impact’. As a result, our team adopted the symbology of a Wolf Pack. An apex predator that bands together, utilises the diverse skills of every wolf, and looks after its own. Since 2016, our growing team has embraced the Wolf Pack culture with many different wolf themed initiatives.
