About us

SafetyCulture is on a mission to empower frontline workers across the globe to improve safety, quality and efficiency in their workplace every day. By doing so we help businesses achieve safer, more efficient, and higher quality workplaces.

We were founded on the basis that a simple checklist can tackle some of the world’s most complex problems. We improve the way our customers work through a mobile-first, single-application experience called iAuditor, where frontline workers and managers can perform inspections, report incidents, create collaborative actions, and identify data trends that matter most to them.

People are drawn to our business because they are passionate about making a difference in the world. They come to us oozing with self motivation and we offer them a commitment to creating a better them and a better, safer tomorrow.

What inspires us

Our Values: Our company values are at the heart of everything we do.
Think Customer: Hold the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Be Bold, Bring Action: Think bigger. Act now, not tomorrow.
Open Honest, Always: Expect transparency. Embrace vulnerability. Challenge with respect.
Better as a Team: Stronger, better, faster together. Do the best work of your life.

Our values are much more than posters on a wall. They are our guiding north star when it comes to our behaviour and we reward employees for embracing them.

Our Customers: We also recognise that the work we do and the solutions we provide have real impact for our customers - and understanding that can give our staff a sense of purpose. We invite customers to speak at internal events and our yearly ShipIt company-wide gathering.

Our Employees: We value our employees and what they bring to the WolfPack. We celebrate success and encourage feedback at all levels. Providing employees with a place to develop.

Word from the top

This award recognises the efforts of our team after a crazy year - not just working hard and smart, but showing resilience and supporting each other like never before. This year saw us beaming into each others’ bedrooms, meeting colleagues’ families, and spending virtual evenings together for drinks, cooking classes or guest talks - in a strange way we’re all closer than ever.
