Our asset/ownership of UK Data Centres enable delivery of the following key services areas:

• Cloud – Dedicated, Private, Shared, Public & Hybrid

• Connectivity – full secure SD-WAN to Internet Breakout

We serve around 700 customers across the UK and have specialist experience in key verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Logistics, Automotive and Insurance. We offer a comprehensive service offering that is delivered to businesses up and down the UK, covering hosted IT and communications solutions. Our services range from Security, Connectivity, Data Centre Hosting, Cloud Services, Collaboration, Data Centre and Professional & Managed Services. We have a number of customers ranging from small and large organisations. Our main customers are Motorpoint, Parkway Volkswagen, BMI and Provident Financial Group.

Application tips

When recruiting top talent for Node4 we look for candidates who share the same values as us – Passion – Innovation – Trust.

• By recruiting likeminded people, we hope that it will demonstrate 3 things:

• They will enjoy the people they work with.

• By sharing the values, they would be more productive.

• Retention. If people enjoy their work/workplace/team they will stay.

The candidate experience is crucial for us, we like to keep the whole recruitment journey as personal as possible.

We want the candidate to see what a great place to work our company is from their first point of contact with us – you can’t make a first impression twice.

And communicate – you can’t update the candidate too often.

Some tips for candidates:

• Ensure the CV is correct. Spelling, grammar and attention to detail really do count.

• Focus on the role you are applying for, carry out some research and tailor your CV to reflex your skills that are sought after for that role – don’t send generic CVs for all/any job.
