We’re looking for people with a passion for technology, so it’s good to show evidence of anything you do to stay up to date with what’s going on in the industry - whether that’s reading blog posts or attending events or meet ups. The tech industry changes constantly, therefore showing you’re willing to learn and adapt with it is key.

Another tip - make your application relevant for the advertised role. Start by reading the role profile and highlighting anything that you have strong experience in, then emphasize these things when tweaking your CV.
