What inspires us
Our people work hard to build Yext and make it into the success we know it can be. To reward this, we offer a broad range of benefits, including healthcare, dental, various wellness program, generous weekly food allowance and a fully-stocked kitchen. We also send our teams to our headquarters in New York for ‘onboarding’ when they join, in order to align all new employees with the Yext company mission, globally.
We know that it is important to step back and reward those people who go above and beyond for the mission, and as a UK team we make a considered effort to reward and recognise our team in exciting and varied ways. Every six months, we hold a global event to look back on the goals that were previously set, where we also award our employees with peer-voted awards.
Globally, our Revenue Department awards the top ten annual sellers to an all-expenses paid holiday each year, and our global Operations and Marketing teams award the peer-voted winners with customised company ‘swag’, gift certificates and engraved trophies.
In London, we enjoy quarterly team outings which include dinners, museum tours, escape rooms and cocktail evenings as well has a family summer party, and Christmas party in Berlin!
