One of our biggest new initiatives this year was Camp Pono, our new destination for benefits and wellbeing. We created it to provide resources, information, and support to help employees live well every day — in every way.

Creating an atmosphere where people feel safe to speak up and take risks, and where there is a high level of trust and mutual respect is core to creating the high performing teams that will take us into the future, so it's an area of cultural innovation that we are deeply committed to.

Giving Back

A focus on giving back has been part of our culture since the company was founded. Through our 1-1-1- model we donate 1% of our time, 1% of our equity, and 1% of our product back to the community.

Equal Pay

Equality is more than a buzzword at Salesforce — it's part of our DNA as one of our core company values. In recent years, we've spent nearly $9 million to date to address unexplained compensation differences around gender, race and ethnicity in the U.S.
