For over 20 years, Centor has been providing bespoke insurance programmes for its clients, ranging from discerning individuals to multinational corporations.

We pride ourselves on our detailed understanding of the insurance market so we are superbly positioned to deliver prompt, innovative and cost effective solutions. A key dimension of the all-round service we offer is our focus on understanding the requirements of our clients which enables us to advise on risk management and prevention.

What defines us

Centor is a meritocracy. We reward hard work and staff achievements with praise, financial rewards and gestures of recognition. Showing company appreciation is pivotal in motivating and inspiring staff to be successful. We are very proud of our people and therefore our successes are shared as a company.

Personal growth is a key element of our business strategy. This year, we have been awarded Platinum status for Investors in People which only 2% of companies manage to achieve.

Our great workplace

We offer an excellent benefits package for all employees which includes healthcare cover, long term sickness cover and subsidised gym membership. We encourage people to keep healthy and provide quiet study and eating space for everyone. For working parents, we offer maternity benefits as well as flexible working hours to suit their childcare needs. Every employee is able to benefit from a flexible early start/finish system. 

Every year all employees are encouraged to take part in charity fundraising events. Employees are asked to volunteer to organise the events and to encourage others to participate.
