We were founded by HM King Charles III to tackle the global crisis of youth unemployment and have been supporting young people worldwide since 2015. Our mission is to empower young people to learn, earn and thrive. We work with local partners to develop programmes and interventions to help young people to build their own futures. Our programmes are now present in 18 countries across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe. We have supported over 50,000 young people since our inception. Our vision is that every young person should have the chance to succeed.
